Mission Artists United (MAU)
The San Francisco Mission has the highest concentration of working artists in the city. MAU helps these artists connect with one another and the community. Michele is a member of MAU and now posts new and experimental work on their website.

2-Person Show in Fall 2010
Michele King and Andrzej Michael Karwacki are teaming up for a 2-person show this fall at Mina Dresden Gallery in San Francisco. They are each exploring new mediums and a shared interest in the line between awareness and subconscious.

Artist-in-Residence at Red Cinder Creativity Center
Michele was an Artist-in-Residence at Red Cinder in June 2009. Located on the Big Island of Hawai'i, the artist colony provided a needed sanctuary for initiating a new body of work.

San Francisco Paris Artist Exchange
Michele participated in an international exchange between San Francisco and Paris artists, sponsored by the association Le Genie de la Bastille. Thirty artists working in different mediums exhibited throughout the Bastille District and then in San Francisco at Mina Dresden Gallery.
